Born Learning, a program of United Way of San Luis Obispo County, is an educational outreach program designed to help parents, grandparents and caregivers be their child’s first teacher. By turning everyday moments into fun learning opportunities, adults can help children learn, setting the stage for future success in school and life. Online materials are available in English and Spanish, and include game and activity suggestions, health and nutrition information, highlights of learning and developmental stages, and much more.
