The South County Youth Coalition is pleased to be offering a Parent Leadership Training to help parents understand how they can become more involved in the decisions that affect their families. The hope is that after completing this training parents will feel more comfortable to be involved in PTA, focus groups, steering committees, School Site Councils, and City Councils. This is a wonderful learning opportunity for parents and as an added bonus parents will receive a stipend. The classes will be presented in English and will be held at SAFE in Arroyo Grande.
