TASK is a family-centered nonprofit offering support to families of children with disabilities.
TASK provides assistance in seeking and obtaining necessary education, early intervention, medical, and therapeutic support services.
TASK believes that a knowledgeable and ethical advocacy effort can make a positive impact on the quality of services for children with disabilities.
TASK provides a variety of services such as: individual telephone assistance, workshops on special education, community presentations, parent advocacy training, peer counseling, legal rights information, early intervention information, vocational education information, an assistive technology program and a quarterly newsletter.
